Print the visa application filled online and submit the hard copy along with other required documents.

1. Visit the website: http://evisa.mfa.gov.az
2. Register in “Sign up” page.
3. Fill out the “Application form”.
4. Submit the application form.
5. Print the completed application form received on e-mail.
